行家说UV从国家知识产权中心了解到,又有两家企业公开了关于UV 固化秘密。
爱克发有限公司发明了一种自由基可固化喷墨油墨含有有色颜料、光引发剂和可聚合组合物,其中所述可聚合组合物包含基于可聚合组合物的总重量大于88.0%的单官能可聚合化合物;其中大于13.0wt%的双键密度DBD大于7.00的单官能可聚合化合物;其中基于多官能可聚合化合物的总重量,大于35.0wt%的分子量MW大于310的多官能烷氧基化丙烯酸酯;其中非芳族环状单官能丙烯酸酯的量使得分子量MW大于310的多官能烷氧基化丙烯酸酯的wt%与非芳族环状单官能丙烯酸酯的wt%的比率大于0.35;并且其中可聚合组合物的双键密度DBD不大于5.55mmol双键/g。

而瑞通高分子科技(浙江)有限公司这一发明涉及了一种用于漆包线的UV-LED固化F级绝缘漆及其制备与涂布方法,包括:低聚物;稀释单体;光引发剂;助剂,主体低聚物是有机硅聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,另一种主体低聚物是特殊结构的聚酯丙烯酸酯。有机硅该改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的数均分子量约为3000g/mol;另一种聚酯丙烯酸酯所用多元酸是对苯二甲酸、偏苯三酸酐、顺酐的混合物。
该发明提供了2种可以紫外光固化的漆包线绝缘漆和4道涂布的工序,最终在0.33mm的铜圆线获得具有良好的附着和机械性能,急拉断和圆棒圈绕性能佳、电性能和热性能良好的绝缘涂料。
