行家说UV了解到,东莞市思榕智能装备有限公司、鹤山市精工制版有限公司公开了两项UV固化专利。
一种版辊打样用UV光固化装置
鹤山市精工制版有限公司公开了一种版辊打样用UV光固化装置,包括UV光源机构、转动机构和控制器,UV光源机构包括壳体、LED灯板和手柄,LED灯板设置在壳体的一侧,手柄设置在壳体的另一侧;转动机构包括机座、第一轴承座、第二轴承座、转轴、驱动件、连接轴和顶头,第一轴承座和第二轴承座均滑动设置在机座,第一轴承座与第二轴承座能够相对靠近或者远离,转轴转动连接在第一轴承座,转轴能够卡接版辊的一端,驱动件设置在第一轴承座,驱动件用于驱动转轴旋转,连接轴转动连接在第二轴承座,连接轴背离第二轴承座的一端连接有顶头,顶头能够卡接在版辊的内孔;LED灯板、第一轴承座、第二轴承座和驱动件均与控制器电连接。能够提高打样效率和质量。

一种UV固化用的光源能量便捷控制方法及系统
东莞市思榕智能装备有限公司公开了一种UV固化用的光源能量便捷控制方法及系统,方法包括步骤:预先标定及配置阶段:在出厂前对UV LED光源进行标定,将标定数据存储在NFC标签卡,并在UV光源控制器上设置NFC读取设备;UV LED光源快速标定阶段:从需要更换的UV LED光源的NFC标签卡读取标定数据,UV光源控制器根据标定数据输出对应的电流值到UV LED光源,以使得UV LED光源达到目标能量值。
实施本发明,可以很快的完成更换光源后的能量标定,大幅节省现场标定的人力时间,降低了对设备产能的影响。
