设计工程师（数名）
岗位职责：
1.阐述及定义设计工程师职责范围内的产品设计要求。预估单个总成的设计费用。
2.基于已经明确的技术要求，参与产品性能规范的准备工作。
3.基于客户所提供的CAD数据，结合已经定义的技术条件制作设计草图。
4.全面考虑功能，材料，生产技术条件和产品经济性，拟定产品总成和零部件的设计方案。
5.布置及实施产品总成和零部件的细节设计任务；准备所有相关3D数据。
6.选择相关材料及实施标准；定义产品公差及校核相关图纸。
7.在项目设计工作中，定义产品几何公差，同时应用相关分析模版来进行相关分析。
8.定义单个组件的公差等级并跟踪监控相关应用情况及一致性。
9.在概念设计和细节设计阶段，与过程策划，质量策划，造型及实验室等部门进行研讨，在制定新方案或修改原有方案方面达成一致。
10.结合客户技术要求，参与DFMEA的制定。
11.安排设计工程师职责范围内的相关样品样件测试（机械测试，机电测试，光学测试，热分布测试等）；并将测试结果融入到产品总成及零部件设计当中。
12.参与产品设计方案知识产权检查。
13.持续参与准备、解释和应用相关内部技术信息。
14.负责与内外部相关方必要的数据交换。
15.指出以上职责目标在执行中产生的偏差；并提出可行的替代方案。
16.其他相关工作（包括审查和分析改进建议，遵守相关工业安全规范，环保规范等相关责任）。
岗位要求：
1.口头及书面英语表达能力
2.机械，汽车或材料等相关专业本科及以上学历
3. 3年及以上汽车行业，照明行业或塑料行业结构设计经验
4.系统性设计能力
5.精通CATIA V5
6.基本的质量管理知识
7.基本的项目管理知识
8.熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件
9.良好的沟通表达能力
光学工程师（数名）
岗位职责：
1.新产品的光学方案确定，光学设计开发，以及产品的持续改进
2.熟悉所有的灯具法规文件，包括GB,ECE,SAE等，并能根据法规要求完成光学设计
3.光学系统设计
-报价产品光学及法规可行性分析
-基于质量及成本要求的光源选型
-根据客户的需求设计光学方案
-新产品的光学设计开发
4.支持电子及结构设计
-从光学角度提出对电子设计及结构设计的相关要求
-电子设计或结构设计面临热管理，模具可行性等技术问题时，提供光学修改方案
-从光学角度提供对电子设计和结构设计的交互检查
5.产品光学测试及质量支持
-协助实验室定期更新光学测试程序，以及法规变更后测试程序的变更
岗位要求：
1.精通光学、汽车照明产品光学系统及材料光学性能
2.精通汽车照明产品光学祥光法律法规
3.熟练使用Catia

电子工程师（数名）
Job Objective
Development, agreement, adaptation and optimization of software / hardware modules
1 Clarifying, defining and implementing internal and external requirements in agreement with the developer responsible; estimation of the development expenditure for software/hardware modules
2 Involvement in the preparation of a performance specification on the basis of the existing requirement specification
3 Preparation of the module specifications taking requirement specification, quality, logistic and production requirements into account
4 Developing software/hardware modules taking existing development standards, guidelines and legal requirements into account, as well as a prescribed overall architecture; ensuring ongoing agreement with internal and external posts to guarantee that the modules can be integrated in an overall system
5 Implementation or arrangement of detailing work for individual components and modules. Drafting and preparation of the software architecture according to general guidelines, including existing own and external systems as well as existing hardware interfaces; preparation of the software concept
6 Analyzing, adapting and optimizing existing software/hardware modules according to technical, economical, legal or customer-related specifications following agreement with the superior; preparation, evaluation and agreement of alternative solutions with those responsible
7 Specification of the materials and components required taking economical, quality-related and technological aspects into consideration, preparation of bills of materials
8 Development, elaboration and simulation of electronic circuitry in agreement with those responsible
9 Indication of problems and conspicuities and initiation of corrective actions
10 Preparation of the necessary testing specifications and carrying out of tests and/or their initiation by those responsible; involvement in the preparation of testing specifications for new products. Preparation of software test specifications for units, modules and systems; carrying out, recording and evaluating all the necessary tests according to existing guidelines taking existing procedures and methods into account
11 Involvement in specified reviews for software/hardware development during the whole software/hardware development process as well as their release according to existing guidelines
12 Involvement in the processing of customer complaints about series devices and production difficulties in agreement with the departments responsible, such as quality assurance, assembly, laboratory etc.
13 Involvement in the testing of trademark rights/violations of such for own and external work, if necessary involving the patent department in agreement with superior posts
14 Preparation of the necessary documentation (incl. bills of materials, circuit diagrams, simulations, FMEA) Setting up, updating and archiving program libraries using existing systems according to existing guidelines
15 Observing, testing and evaluating new technology, materials and tools for software/hardware development in cooperation with service divisions and release of these in agreement with those responsible; if applicable involvement in their introduction

Qualifications
1.Good command of English
2.Bachelor degree of Engineering, Electronics related is a plus
3.Solid experience in Circuitry development / Regulation technology
