维信诺与通用显示公司达成长期OLED合作协议

北京时间6月12日，通用显示公司(UDC)今天宣布，与维信诺签署了一项新的OLED技术许可协议和材料采购补充协议。根据协议，UDC将为维信诺提供磷光OLED材料并应用其产品中。

SHANTOU, China & EWING, N.J. --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED), enabling energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED® technology and materials, and Visionox Technology, Inc. (维信诺), a leading Chinese display panel manufacturer, today announced the signing of a new OLED Technology License Agreement and Supplemental Material Purchase Agreement. Under the agreements, UDC will supply phosphorescent OLED materials to Visionox Technology for use in its products through its wholly-owned subsidiary UDC Ireland Limited . Details and financial terms of the agreements have not been disclosed.
