普瑞提起诉讼以反击亿光近期的控诉

加州弗里蒙特，2017年8月1日－普瑞，作为发光二极体（LED）照明领域领先的开发商和制造商，于昨日向美国加州北区法院对亿光提起反诉，要求获得过去和现在的损害赔偿并请求禁止亿光在美国进一步销售相关产品。普瑞主张亿光包括2835和COB在内的产品系列侵害普瑞美国专利US6,869,812、US8,567,988、US8,256,929 和 US8,092,051。

普瑞在LED技术研究和产品开发中大量投入，形成了普瑞的知识产权且得以保护普瑞产品之专利组合。技术涵盖光提取过程、热量管理和封装技术，可用于整个固态照明行业包括芯片，表面贴装，阵列和模块化系统。普瑞执行长TimLester表示“普瑞不是仿造者。我们发展自己的技术，且对我们所主张的权利强度和知识产权的质量充满信心，相信美国司法系统能给出合适的答案。”
