Technical Sales (Shanghai) - Marketing & Planning（技术与市场）
Responsibility:
- Manage and expand existing distributor network
- Work closely with architects, lighting designers, M&E planners and interior designers to support them in product specification
- Develop new accounts through daily prospecting and cold calling
- Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key customers, particularly architects, lighting designers / M&E planners, interior designers and developers
- Constantly look out for new project developments and project leads
- Responsible to delivery sales budget
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Business Administration with at least 5 years related experience in architecture / building / construction. Design experience in lighting industry is a plus.
- Candidate that have strong experience in selling and managing luxury, high-end interior products will also be considered.
- Knowledge of specification sales is essential
- Strong network and relationship with lighting designers, architects, developers, M&E planners and interior designers would be an added advantage
- Proven track record in sales
- Pro-active, self-driven, go getter and results-oriented
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent speaking in both Chinese and English
