2020/06/03 –晶元光电（晶电）于美国时间2020/05/22在美国德州西区法院Waco分院对 Lowe’s Companies, Inc.以及Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC（以下统称Lowe’s）提出专利侵权诉讼。
晶电在诉状中指出Lowe’s贩卖之GE LED灯丝灯泡侵犯数件晶电专利，要求Lowe’s赔偿并诉请法院禁止Lowe’s继续销售侵权之产品。
晶电在诉状中指出Lowe’s贩卖之GE LED灯丝灯泡，例如，型号为GE Basic 60-Watt EQ G25 Soft White Globe Bulb Light Bulb（Item No. 935474, Model No. 44039）、GE Relax 60-Watt EQ A19 Soft White Dimmable LED Light Bulb（Item No. 952356, Model No. 44930）、以及GE Refresh 60-Watt EQ A19 Daylight Dimmable LED Light Bulb（Item No. 952362, Model No. 44937）之LED灯丝灯泡，侵犯多篇晶电美国专利，包括但不限于专利号7,489,068，发明名称「发光组件」、专利号8,240,881,，发明名称「发光二极管之封装结构」、专利号9,065,022，发明名称「发光装置」、专利号9,664,340，发明名称「发光组件」、专利号10,224,455，发明名称「发光组件及其制造方法」。

2020/06/03–EPISTARCorporation, a leading innovator and manufacturer of LED solid-state lighting technologies, filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC (collectively “Lowe’s”)in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas Waco Divisionon May 22, 2020. The complaint asserts that GE LED filament bulbs sold by Lowe’sinfringe several EPISTARpatents and seeks damages and injunctive relief to halt further sale of the infringing products.
