LuOne凯德晶萃广场坐落于上海市黄浦区马当路地铁站上盖，集合零售、餐饮及休闲娱乐于一体，总建筑面积约14万平方米。该项目在北有新天地，南有马当路的现有格局下，弥补了马当路以南3公里内的商业空白。得天独厚的商业优势和绝佳的地理位置，使LuOne凯德晶萃广场成为华东区备受关注的综合体项目之一。

CapitaMall LuOne Located on the top of Madang Road subway station in Huangpu District, Shanghai, integrates retail, catering and recreation with a total floor area of 140,000 square meters. The project with a situation of Shanghai Xintiandi in the north and Madang Road in the south has made up for the commercial gap with in 3km south of Madang road. With its unique commercial advantages and excellent geographical location, CapitaMall LuOne Square has become one of the most concerned complex projects in East China.

作为SA建筑事务所摩西萨夫迪大师在国内的第一个商业项目，LuOne的风铃幕墙、穹顶天窗、水景幕墙创下多项建筑设计的先例。

As the first commercial project of SA by Master Moshe Safdie in China, Windbell curtain wall, dome skylight, water curtain wall and so on set a number of architectural design precedents.

凯德裙楼主要展示面——风铃幕墙，下层通透的玻璃立面与上层镜面风铃幕墙相结合，风铃片伴着微风泛起一圈圈涟漪，使整栋建筑显得轻盈灵动。在幕墙下方静静聆听，还能够听到风掠过金属鳞片而发出的清脆响声。

The main display surface of Capitamall podium is the windbell curtain wall. The glass facade of the lower floor is combined with the mirror wind bell curtain wall of the upper floor. The wind bell piece ripples in a circle with the breeze, making the whole building lithe and flexible. You can hear the crisp sound of the wind passing through the metal scales when you listen quietly under the curtain wall.

风铃幕墙的灯光不是洗墙灯洗上，而是反映周围环境的光。如马路的路灯、路过的车灯、对面建筑的灯光及广告招牌灯，随着风吹，光的表情会有无限可能。由于风的方向和速度不同，以及来往车辆的速度及车灯颜色的变化，在幕墙上就形成了活跃生动的光，并具有与环境极度融合的效果。

The lighting of the wind bell curtain wallis not fixtures washing up, but reflecting the light of the surrounding environment. For example, street lights, passing car lights, lighting from opposite buildings and advertising signs, as the wind blows, the expression of light will be infinitely possible. Because of the different direction and speed ofthe wind, as well as the speed of the vehicles and the change of the color ofthe car lights, the active and vivid light is formed on the curtain wall, which is extremely integrated with the environment.

当夜幕降临，LuOne主入口内透光和洗亮雨棚营造出的欢迎光，作为视觉焦点引导人们进入商场。在表现出建筑完整形态的同时，对周围环境不会造成影响。

When night falls, the welcoming light constitute of the interior light of LuOne's main entrance and the canopy wash light guide customer into the shopping mall as a visual focus. While showing the complete form of the building, it will not affect the surrounding environment.

主入口 Main entrance

走进商场，10米高的水幕从三层咖啡厅外直泄而下，直达中庭一层活动展区，灯光与水幕的光影交互，让顾客驻足流连。

Entering the shopping mall, the 10-meter-high water curtain leaks down from the third floor cafe to the activity exhibition area on the first floor of the atrium.The light and shadow interact with the water curtain, drawing customers to stop and linger.

商场的中心区域自三层生长至穹顶的环形天窗，以城市绿洲为灵感，将艺术和自然元素融入商业空间。照明设计理念延续LuOne建设的初衷：为顾客创造一方推行慢生活的美学环境，让消费者充分享受艺术、享受生活。

The central area of the shopping mall is a circular skylight growing from the third floor to the dome. Inspired by the urban oasis, it integrates art and naturalel ements into the commercial space. The concept of lighting design continues LuOne's original intention: to create an aesthetic environment for customers to pursue slow life, so that consumers can fully enjoy art and life.

主中庭 Main atrium

通过时间和场景的控制，中庭的照明可以演绎出多种效果，来配合商场的气氛需要。穹顶时而像是星云密布的天空，流星划过；时而像是生命之树，向上生长；在节日和活动场景模式下，灯光会从底部如喷泉般涌向天际。

Through the control of time and scene, atrium lighting can deduce a variety of effects to meet the needs of the atmosphere of the shopping mall. The dome sometimes looks like a nebular sky, with meteors passing through it; sometimes it looks like a tree of life, growing upward; in festival and activity scenarios, lights will flow from the bottom to the sky like fountains.

次中庭系统通过拦河灯带和功能性下照筒灯，在展现空间韵律感的同时营造出慢节奏的购物环境。

The sub-atrium system creates a slow-paced shopping environment while displaying the sense of spatial rhythm through theriver-blocking strip and the functional fixture.

B2餐饮小食街入口，照明延续中庭星际的设计理念，以宇宙和银河为主题，通过光导纤维形成疏密有度的布置来弱化室内净高不足产生的压抑感，环形的天花像是银河中的星迹，嵌入式筒灯化作闪烁的星星，颗粒的纤维灯像是更遥远边际的星球。

B2 Food and Beverage Street entrance, lighting continues the atrium interstellar design concept, with the theme of universe and galaxy, through the formation of dense optical fibers to weaken the depression caused by the lack of indoor net height, the annular ceiling is like a star in the Milky Way, the recessed downlights are like twinkling stars, the granular fiber is like a more distant marginal planet.

电梯厅天花以弧形元素为主，交错的立面形成有序的阵列。设计舍弃直接光作为主光源的传统做法，将间接光作为空间的主光源。

The ceiling of elevator hall is dominated by arc elements, and the staggered facades form an orderly array. Designer sabandon the traditional method of direct light as the main light source, indirect light are used as the main light source of space.

B2出口处的楼梯通过植物照明和扶手照明，在满足功能照明的前提下利用景观元素形成秩序感，对于商场顾客来说也是一处不错的观赏点。

B2 exit stair are lit through plant lighting and armrest lighting, on the premise of functional lighting using landscape elements to form a sense of order. It is also a good viewing point for shopping mall customers.

项目自2011年签约至竣工，历时7年的汗水是参与同事努力过的印记。团队始终关注光的本质，重视业主以及使用者的需求，力争每一份作品都能呈现出最优的品质。

From the signing of the contract in 2011 to the completion of the project, the sweat of seven years is a mark of the efforts of the colleagues involved. The team always pays attention to the nature of light, the needs of owners and users, and strives for the best quality of each work.
